Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Email OAuth2 application ("the App"), operated by Sandeep Raju ("we", "us"). By connecting an email account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Email OAuth2 lets you send email from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox using OAuth 2.0 authentication. The App acts on your behalf only to send the messages you submit.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorized to use, any email account you connect.
• You are responsible for the content of the messages you send through the App.
• You agree not to use the App to send spam, unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious content.
• You agree to comply with the terms and acceptable-use policies of your email provider (e.g. Google, Microsoft).

3. Authentication and access

Access to your mailbox is granted through your provider's OAuth consent screen. We never receive your account password. You may revoke the App's access at any time through your provider's account settings, after which the App can no longer send mail on your behalf.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle data accessed through Google and other providers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt or misuse the App, reverse engineer it for malicious purposes, use it to violate any law, or use it to send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or messages, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
