This Privacy Policy explains how the Email OAuth2 application ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by Sandeep Raju, handles information when you connect an email account. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Email OAuth2 is a tool that sends email from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox using OAuth 2.0 authentication. It is operated by Sandeep Raju and can be reached at rajuking06@gmail.com.
2. Information we access
When you connect a Google account, the App requests the following OAuth scopes:

The App uses this access solely to send the messages you choose to send and to display the connected account's email address. It does not read, scan, modify, delete, or export the contents of your mailbox.
3. How we use the information
- To authenticate you with your email provider.
- To send the specific email messages you compose and submit through the App.
- To show you which account is currently connected.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the App's email-sending feature.
4. Storage and security
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only as needed to keep your account connected and to send mail you request.
- All communication with Google and other email providers occurs over encrypted (TLS) connections.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your tokens or email content with any third party.
- You can revoke the App's access at any time — see Section 7.
5. Google API Services Limited Use disclosure
Specifically, data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the App's email-sending functionality, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide that functionality or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans unless you give explicit consent, it is required for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
6. Sharing
We do not share your personal data or Google user data with third parties, except with the email providers themselves (Google, Microsoft) as required to send your messages, or where required by law.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
You may disconnect at any time:
- For Google accounts, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove access for Email OAuth2.
- Disconnecting the account within the App removes its stored tokens.
- To request deletion of any remaining data, email rajuking06@gmail.com.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
